Hi everyone! My name is Inara. I teach mathematics in higher education and also support high school students as they transition into college-level coursework. My academic background includes Building Architecture (from Latvia, where I am originally from), Mathematics, Computer Science, and a graduate degree in teaching mathematics. I have five years of experience teaching mathematics in higher education, primarily at the community college level. During this time, I have taught a range of courses—from foundational algebra to more advanced topics—while supporting diverse learners with varying academic backgrounds and goals. In addition to my college-level teaching, I also work with high school students transitioning into higher education, helping them build strong mathematical foundations and the confidence needed for college-level coursework.
