About Nahani

I’m a gardener, a traveler, a student, a helper, a tutor, a nanny, more. I’m studying Human Development and Horticultural Therapy. Caretaking plants has been incredibly valuable to my ability to manage stress. I’d love to share activity ideas with you and teach you the steps to successfully gardening for not only nutrition but also stress management. gardening can bring you closer to nature

About the lesson

I base my classes on the Biophilia, The idea that we all have an inherit love of nature and it’s life forms. I believe hands on activities are valuable and I will share techniques for using things around the house and yard for gardening activities and for nature based crafts.
