About John
Hello there! My name is John Kaifala and I love studying and teaching various subjects, especially mathematics. I love studying its principles and arguments (especially when the proof or solution is so clearly and logically laid out). Given my experience studying the subject as a graduate of both the University of Strathclyde and Thomas Aquinas College (and my passion for learning) I aim to succeed in sharing and revealing as much as I can.

Throughout my studies at Thomas Aquinas College I was forced to explain many difficult concepts in various subjects, from hyperbolic geometry to the meaning of wisdom in Aristotle's Metaphysics. This forced me to ask a lot of questions and eventually taught me which questions ought to be asked in order to learn a subject.
My goal is to help students reason to the answers and proofs themselves. I do this by asking them very specific questions in a certain order. This not only helps when revising for exams, but allows the student to continually ask why certain statements or answers are true.
Each lesson will, at a minimum, last for an hour. They are for those who are taking, GCSE and A levels (or Higher and Advanced Higher) mathematics.
