I start my class by knowing the strengths and weaknesses of my students in the subjects I am about to teach, then work on that. I am a teacher that loves interactive classes, to make sure the student is following my teaching. And I accommodate questions from my students as much as possible. I evaluate my students by giving classwork and assignments.
