Deadly! I contacted her very last‑minute, just a week before my daughter’s Nat 5 Art & Design exam, and she went out of her way to fit Ella in. Her support was outstanding. She helped Ella work through past papers, structure her answers clearly, and taught her simple, effective ways to memorise key parts of the course.
She is chatty, kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about her subject. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she made Ella feel comfortable and confident straight away. She always encouraged Ella after each lesson, which made a real difference.
