About Tessema
I am an Engineer and have Teaching experiences in the University besides my professional industry jobs. I have been teaching as full time staff and offering 6 hours senior courses( in which a higher mathematical analyses concept is required) everyday for over 60 students in a class. more than 90% of my students able pass the exam with grade 'C' and above.

I prefer to teach a student -centered approach in which I will be a primary role to coach and facilitate student learning and overall comprehension of material. For each topic, a fundamental concepts for each topic is demonstrated with examples. Then, classwork and assignments are given to measure student learning. A group work will also be given where applicable and a continuous assessment will be performed to continuously measure the student learning outcome.
