About Paula

I graduated from the Teaching Department at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. I have exhibited my works in several group exhibitions in Croatia and abroad, and so far I have had three solo exhibitions in Zagreb. In addition, I have participated in several educational and artistic projects and an art colony, and I lead art workshops for children.

I would like to share my love for art with others through the play of colors and a relaxed atmosphere! :-)

*The students I taught got into School of Applied Arts and Design. I'm proud of their progress and success!

About the lesson

How do my lessons look like?

In collaborative lessons, my goal is to expand new (and build on existing) knowledge of drawing and painting. Lessons are tailored to the needs and interests of each student, regardless of age or previous experience. I offer an individual approach, with professional guidance and support throughout the learning process.

Classes may include: drawing and painting by observation, working with watercolor, collage, experimenting with different techniques and themes, etc.

The structure of the lesson consists of three parts:
• Introduction – introduction to the materials and techniques we will use
• Practice – sketching, placing motifs in format, proportions, shading
• Final part – finishing the work, working on details and finishing the composition.

If necessary, I can give additional homework assignments after each lesson!

The first hour is free and includes getting to know each other, discussing your goals and interests, answering questions, and agreeing on further work.

Odlična profesorica, puno mi je pomogla sa raznim tehnikama crtanja, te sa pravilima poput proporcija, smještanja crteža u format, ravnih linija te kvaliteta linija.
