About Brendan

I love learning and understand that people are unique and require different approaches to understand a concept. I believe in patience and continued reassurance so that you feel confident working through a challenging topic. I support a culture of open communication and open questioning that makes the student feel at ease and comfortable asking any question and approaching any challenge.

About the lesson

I have been a tutor in many settings from high school assisting children to read, in college as a tutor for general chemistry and graduate school assisting those with Immunology and Health Sciences. As someone who has also sought tutoring, I have been on both sides and I believe my teaching style helps students reach their goals and gain confidence explaining abstract scientific concepts.
