About Yukun
Moved to Canada from China in third grade, with constant transitions through 11 schools and 4 education systems, including British, American, Canadian, and Chinese. Earned credit for 11 AP courses, including Calculus AB, Physics 1, Physics C: Mechanics, Chemistry, Statistics, Research, Pre-Calculus, and Computer Science Principles. Graduated in the top 10% of my high school class. 3.89 GPA/4.3 at Queen’s University. Applied Mathematics and Engineering degree, graduating class of ’29.

Mandarin
Focus on building intuitive understanding instead of memorizing formulas. The goal is to teach complex concepts to individuals with little to no mathematical understanding. The lesson format includes a quick review, concept breakdown, worked examples, and then a conclusion, along with a study plan and additional study and exam tips I have gathered from taking and passing 11 AP courses. My lessons are for Canadian high school students taking math or physics, including Functions, Advanced Functions, Calculus, and Grade 9–12 Physics.
