I am a student myself, achieved GSCE and A Level qualifications at a Girls’ Grammar School . Having received much life intervention myself, CBT, stress intolerance, I want to provide my knowledge for others to learn from, grow and carry foreword through life

About the lesson

My teaching method is listening to what someone’s hang ups, struggles, or stresses are. Allowing them to freely without judgement express their concerns. Assessing the best approach for them and their goals will be how I structure my lessons and develop unique ways for them as an individual.
