About Kaushal
My name is Kaushal. I am studying dentistry at JCU and graduated from Brisbane Grammar School with a 99.75 ATAR in 2025. I want to teach because I know how powerful it is to have someone who explains things clearly and genuinely cares about your progress. I went to Brisbane Grammar School, where I studied Specialist Maths, Mathematical Methods, Physics, Chemistry, Economics and English. Working through those subjects taught me how to think critically, study efficiently and stay calm under pressure. I achieved a 99.75 ATAR, but what mattered most was learning the habits and strategies that helped me get there. Now I want to share those with students so they can feel confident, supported and capable in their own learning. Helping someone reach that moment where everything finally makes sense is something I’ve always enjoyed, and teaching gives me the chance to create more of those moments for others.

My tutoring style is calm, clear and focused on helping students genuinely understand what they’re learning. I take big or confusing ideas and break them into simple steps, using examples and questions to make sure everything actually makes sense. I also teach students how to approach assessments with confidence by showing them how to read questions properly, understand marking criteria and use smart exam techniques like time-management, active recall and structured planning. My goal is to create a space where students feel supported, comfortable asking questions and able to grow into independent, capable learners.
