About Jacob
I'm an English teacher and have over 15 years experience working with hundreds of teens and adults. I have previously taught to native speakers and in the last six years I have been teaching English as a second language. During that time I have helped students to achieve great success, passing their exams with high grades from intermediate to proficiency level.

I am happiest working with teens and adults and I focus on speaking a lot because to use the language is to learn the language. I have vast experience teaching between intermediate and proficiency and I always aim to make my classes enjoyable. Humour is an important aspect of learning because if you're enjoying your education you will achieve better results and retain more of what you've learned.
