About Maria
My experience as a teacher during the four years I've given class, has allowed me to learn and change the methodology used to adapt the best possible way to the type of student. In this time I have teach a wide range of students. On the one hand children under 8 years whose main aim was to familiarize them with the language and play with them so they understand that English is fun and necessary. Up in the age range of 10-15 my students have focused on tutoring for school (subjects taught in English) or simply improve fluency and grammar through conventional classes or organized weekend-outdoor activities . On the other hand, I have also prepared with teenagers and adult people Cambridge exams or classes to improve their English, either generally or for a specific item of work, university, college ...

Highly qualified bilingual teacher with C2 level (Proficiency CPE) and extensive experience teaching students of all ages from 4 years to adults for all levels and objectives. The classes are always dynamic and class materials will be provided by the teacher. They can be focused on preparing a Cambridge exam(Trinity, KET, PET, FCE- FIRST, CAE ADVANCE), practicing each of the parts that make up the exam through specific exercises and books "past papers". This will improve the English level and will let the student acquire enough experience and confidence before taking the exam. In addition, classes can be directed to improve the level of grammar and vocabulary and / or fluency when speaking. These classes have a varied approach, depending on the number of hours a week. Besides exercise books, I will choose newspapers and magazine articles to comment; reading and correction of pronunciation; auditions (which may be a piece of some television news or any English program ) to improve the ability to understand multiple and different accents, for example. Learn English in a fun, different and very effectively; far from the monotonous and conventional class; the one to one class, will allow you to customize the class by level, the need and purpose you seek for.
