About Mahmoud
I'm a passionate engineer and educator with a Master's degree from Cairo University. My research focused on developing Markov Chain-Based Driving Cycles (DCs) for Light-Duty Vehicles in Greater Cairo, leading to a first-author publication in the Journal of Transportation Planning and Technology. Beyond research, I have extensive teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at El Ahram Canadian University and Cairo University, where I taught courses in Turbo Machinery, Hydraulic Power Plants, Combustion Systems, and Heat Transfer. I love breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand concepts and helping students succeed. Currently, I work as an Operational Engineer at GASCO, where I oversee the operation and supervision of Egypt’s national gas grid. This role allows me to apply my engineering expertise in real-world scenarios while maintaining my passion for teaching. I'm here to offer my expertise in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, and more—whether as a teaching assistant, tutor, or mentor.
