About Holly
I have a degree in Illustration from the University of Plymouth, UK and I have been a freelance illustrator & designer since 2017. I have been teaching and tutoring people of various ages for many years, and I love to share not only my knowledge and skills, but also my experiences of education (both positive and negative) and use this to help people struggling with traditional forms of education. I was bullied badly in school, and as a result I was home-educated for a few years. This experience has given me a unique perspective on education.

In my lessons I aim to create a safe atmosphere free from judgement and feelings of inadequacy, where there are no stupid questions and tangents are welcome! Let creativity flow! I will be teaching a range or sessions in different forms of illustration and design, from digital media (Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign etc) to traditional methods (watercolour, acrylic, pencils etc). Each lesson will feature a short tutorial and brief ‘instructions’ followed by time to self express and let your creativity run wild!
