About Terry
Hello all For the last ten years I've worked as an IELTS instructor and curriculum developer in both South Korea and Vietnam. In that time, I have helped thousands of students reach their target band score in a classroom setting and through one-on-one tuition. When it comes to helping students, I achieve success by preparing engaging lessons and materials and by letting the student develop and progress at their own pace. I understand that IELTS may seem difficult and can be a cause of stress, as such I never push students and encourage them to tell me how they want to learn. More importantly, I think lessons should be interesting and fun so I always try to laugh with my students so that they enjoy learning and choose topics that they can relate to.
