About Ashley
I am a St. John’s University alumni- I majored in Biology, Chemistry,Psychology, Spanish, and Public speaking.
I am also a registered nurse working with the adolescent and pediatric population, where I manage the physical and mental well-being of my patients. My career as a registered nurse has prepared me to help others navigate life’s challenges.
I currently hold social awareness discussions around schools and colleges.
I have received 26 national recognitions for my public speaking skill.
I am a 7-time crowned Miss New York winner.
I have landed TV and radio commercial projects thanks to the skills I’ve learned and would like to share with you!

Our Map to Success
I approach each client's needs with an individualized action plan beginning with an initial assessment. During the first assessment, we will review the areas you need most improvement, you will have the opportunity to take a personality test/survey. We will discuss your optimal learning style (methods that are effective and ineffective for you), review your current work ethic, and most importantly identify clear objectives, the why behind your purpose. Next, we will enter the planning stage, where we focus on new strategies and training methods that I guarantee will bring you success. After executing your action plan, we will evaluate your progress. I am here to make your coaching experience fun and rewarding.
