About Lauren
I have a Bachelor of Science in chemistry, a Master of Arts in education, and teaching credentials in chemistry and biology. I have taught chemistry, Earth science, grades 7 and 8 science, and career and technical education. Before teaching, I tutored and discovered a love for teaching while working as an educator. I believe that anything can be broken down into understandable pieces and that learning can really help my students to understand the world around them in meaningful and different ways. Aside from tutoring, I love snowboarding, gymnastics, hiking, and traveling.
