Im a advocate by profession. Graduated from kolhapur maharashtra. In the year 2018. I have been facing stress and negativity for a very long time, nothing have helped until I got my own ideas to work with them I hope those will help others too.

About the lesson

My teaching method will be very much simple. It will not be like parenting any one. Its just to hear them out. And to help them with a rescue from it. Sometime we can see very simplest methods can reduce the heaviest stress and that i would like to spread through my teaching.
