I recommend Sangeeta she is a great yoga instructor She is very flexible to meet time request and she has a good knowlage of yoga, furthermore she is patient and able to adapt her teaching to very beginners with low flexibility

I am a total beginner with fairly poor flexibility considering my age of 32. The session was paced to my needs. We covered so much and I was engaged throughout. I am looking forward to continuing and would recommend Shushanta.
