About Josh
I really enjoy the logic of maths and its application in the sciences. I remember that not being the case for everyone and often it would be a minor challenge to overcome. I enjoy laying down the fundamentals because then the student can go on to solve questions by just applying what we’ve covered. It’s a rewarding process for both student and tutor I think.

I’ve recently done my GCSEs and the exam technique is still fresh, and the subjects I tutor I am still studying at a higher level so I have a strong understanding. I know what GCSEs are like and we can work through problems to learn what the examiners are looking for to get the highest grade. We can go through any questions or concerns you have from the classroom and aim to improve test scores and grades.
