About Tosin

I am a dedicated and patient Mathematics and Physics tutor who is passionate about helping students succeed academically and grow in confidence. I understand that many students find these subjects challenging, so I create a calm, supportive, and interactive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.

My teaching approach focuses on understanding, not memorization. I simplify complex topics into clear, manageable steps and use practical examples, diagrams, and guided problem-solving methods to make lessons easier to follow. I also adapt my teaching style to suit each student’s level, learning speed, and academic goals because every student learns differently.

I teach students across different curricula, including WAEC, NECO, JAMB, GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, SAT, and other UK, US, and Canadian programs. Over time, I have helped students improve their grades, develop stronger problem-solving skills, and become more confident in Mathematics and Physics.

My lessons are well-structured, engaging, and focused on real progress. A typical class includes concept explanations, worked examples, practice exercises, and feedback sessions to ensure students fully understand each topic before moving ahead. I also provide support with assignments, exam preparation, revision techniques, and study strategies when needed.

Above all, I am committed to professionalism, patience, and consistency. I believe learning should never feel intimidating, and I work hard to make every student feel supported, motivated, and capable of achieving excellent results.

About the lesson

I believe every student can do well in Mathematics and Physics when they are taught with patience, clarity, and encouragement. My teaching style is friendly, interactive, and easy to follow. I don’t just focus on helping students pass exams — I focus on helping them truly understand concepts and become confident problem-solvers.

In my classes, I break down difficult topics into simple steps using relatable examples, diagrams, and practical problem-solving methods. I encourage students to ask questions freely and participate actively because learning becomes easier when students feel comfortable and supported. I also adapt my teaching style to match each student’s pace, strengths, and academic goals since every learner is different.

A typical lesson lasts between 1 to 2 hours, depending on the student’s level and learning needs. Each lesson usually includes concept explanations, worked examples, practice questions, corrections, and short reviews to ensure proper understanding before moving forward.

I have experience teaching Mathematics and Physics to students from different educational backgrounds and curricula. In addition to preparing students for WAEC, NECO, and JAMB examinations, I also teach international curricula including the UK, US, and Canadian systems. This includes supporting students with GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, SAT, and other international examination preparations. My goal is always to help students improve academically while building confidence and independent thinking skills.

My lessons are suitable for secondary school students, examination candidates, beginner university students, and learners who need extra support in Mathematics or Physics. Whether a student is struggling with the basics, preparing for major examinations, or aiming for top grades in an international curriculum, I provide personalized guidance to help them succeed.
