Deadly! Hicham is an amazing teacher. He explains concepts concisely and clearly. He's very calm and grounded, which I appreciate immensely. He is clearly a phenomenal artist with a wealth of knowledge. If there's a concept he doesn't know (very rare, from what I can tell!) he says that he doesn't know; the ability to admit you don't know something is what brings a teacher from 'good' to 'amazing', in my mind. He asks me questions to bring my own critical thought into the painting process, and isn't just lecturing me. He's focused on watching my palette and brush strokes as I paint, which gives me the confidence that I'll get the support I need at any moment. Hicham has motivated me to paint again - thanks, Hicham! Looking forward to more classes.
