About Dan
I am a physics graduate from Loughborough University who has worked 3 years in the nuclear science industry. From my degree, I have built a strong knowledge of both maths and physics and through my work, I have gained knowledge of how both of these are applied in real-world jobs.
I love talking about both maths and physics and am always excited to have open discussion about any topic of struggle a student may have.

I will teach maths and physics with a strong focus on the students' areas of struggle and will aid them by breaking up complex ideas into simple logical steps so they not only know how to answer exam questions but can also understand why a method works, therefore improving their problem-solving skills. I will ask them to perform a short test based on their exam board and discuss the topics they wish to focus on. This will help me personalise lessons so each student will gain as much knowledge as possible during the lesson.
