About Hans
I am a qualified Electrical Engineering professional with an Honours degree in Electrical Engineering, and I am currently furthering my education by pursuing my Master’s degree.
My academic background, combined with extensive real-world industry experience, has given me a strong understanding of mathematics, physics, logical problem-solving and the practical application of technical concepts.
I’m passionate about sharing this knowledge and helping students realise that difficult subjects don’t have to feel overwhelming. I enjoy breaking complex problems into clear, understandable steps and helping students develop the confidence to solve them independently.
For me, teaching is about more than getting the correct answer — it’s about helping students understand why the answer makes sense and giving them skills they can carry forward into their studies and future careers.
I’m patient, approachable and committed to adapting my teaching style to each individual student.

My lessons are designed to make challenging concepts feel clear, logical and achievable. I teach Physics, Algebra, Trigonometry, Maths Logic and Science Exam Preparation, combining strong academic knowledge with real-world engineering experience.
Rather than simply memorising formulae, students will learn how to understand problems, break them down step by step and confidently apply what they have learnt. I adapt each lesson to the student’s individual level, learning style and goals.
Whether you need help mastering difficult concepts, improving your problem-solving skills, preparing for an exam or building a stronger foundation in maths and physics, my goal is to help you genuinely understand the subject and become confident solving problems independently.
As an Electrical Engineering professional with an Honours degree and currently pursuing my Master’s degree, I can also show students how maths and physics principles connect to real-world engineering and practical applications.
