About Deniz
Hi, I’m Deniz! I teach Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Precalculus in a way that actually makes sense, helping students build confidence and real understanding. I scored a 780 on the SAT Math section, have taken AP Precalculus, and continue to pursue higher-level math, so I know what it takes to succeed. I’ve gained hands-on experience in biomedical science through my internship at The Health Museum, where I assisted in lab operations and engaged with Texas Medical Center researchers, which inspires me to bring real-world connections into my lessons. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy volunteering in STEM and community programs, which helps me connect with students and different learning styles. I focus on clear explanations, examples that click, and practice that reinforces understanding, all at a pace that works for you.

I teach Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Precalculus for middle and high school students, making math clear and less stressful. I scored a 780 on the SAT Math section, have taken AP Precalculus, and continue to pursue higher-level math, so I know what it takes to succeed. In lessons, I break concepts into simple steps, use examples that actually make sense, and give plenty of practice until it clicks. I move at your pace, answer every question, and make math feel less like memorizing and more like actually getting it. My goal is to help you feel confident and ready for class, tests, and beyond.
