About Mulweli
Hello! My name is Mulweli Mudau. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and am currently pursuing my PhD in Applied Mathematics. I have experience teaching and tutoring Mathematics at different levels, from foundational concepts to university-level Applied Mathematics. I enjoy making challenging mathematical concepts easier to understand through clear, step-by-step explanations and practical examples. I believe that every student can improve in Mathematics with the right guidance, practice, and support. My goal is to help you strengthen your understanding, develop your problem-solving skills, and become more confident in Mathematics.

My unique approach ensures students don't just memorise, but truly understand. I start by assessing the student's current knowledge to reinforce any weak basic foundations. During a typical lesson, we break down the theory and visualise our goals before moving to practical examples. From there, the student tackles exercises while I guide them using the Socratic method—prompting them to think critically rather than just giving them the answers. Finally, we solidify this understanding with advanced problem-solving. My is applicable for students in high school or university, and I am proficient in teaching in English.
