About Raef
I’m a driven, energetic young man who is primarily an environmentalist, music and sports enthusiast. I’m in my second year of university at the London School of Economics (LSE) studying Geography and Economics. I’m a hard worker, being able to adapt to situations quickly, and have already tutored five clients to date, ranging from the age of 11-17. My teaching style is hands on, making sure that the student has a full grasp of the concepts before moving on. Maths is best learnt by answering questions using a set method that varies depending on the question, and so my teaching style involves implementing the method and then answering questions on the topic until the subject is mastered, and I have found this method of teaching very fruitful.
I have been tutoring for two years now, and I still tutor my first client! He is 13 years old and I tutor him Maths, while also babysitting on the side because we get on so well! My other previous experience involves: Maths Common Entrance, Maths GCSE, Maths AS Level, Geography GCSE. These have all involved tutoring boys who were very pleased with the lessons, all asking for more tutoring in the future.

Raef took on tutoring my son who studies in Germany on structuring answers as well as explaining principles in maths, geography and chemistry. He was very thoughtful in applying technics and helping build confidence, even though the curriculum was unfamiliar, showing his experience as a tutor.
