About Tomos
I studied Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at AS/A-Level, with a particular passion for Mathematics. I went on to earn a BEng degree in Mechanical Engineering and have spent the past six years working across various engineering industries.
As an engineer, I’m constantly applying the knowledge I gained in school, especially in Maths and Science, to solve real-world problems. I’ve always had a curiosity for how things work and a strong desire to understand how the topics we learn in school connect to everyday life and careers.
Through tutoring, I aim to share that perspective with students, helping them not only to succeed in exams but also to appreciate the real-world value of what they’re learning.

I focus on identifying gaps in your understanding and strengthening weaker areas, helping you build a solid foundation in Maths and Science. Exam preparation is a key part of my teaching. We’ll work through past papers and exam-style questions so you feel confident and fully prepared for your final exams.
