About Srashti

I did my graduation in Biotechnology from Amity University, Noida. Currently, pursuing masters in the same field. I've done 3internships during my undergrad and I'm is interested in teaching. My major is research because I want to be a scientist.

About the lesson

Methodology will be all about pros and cons of health. To maintain health you required to focus on all three types of health, first mental second physical and third is spiritual health.
