About Joshua
I've played/participated in various sporting activities and competitions, Ive trained with World champion fighters and been up there with them doing the exact same fitness, I know whats required to make the most out of your body and even more so your brain, the key thing people lack is the strength to push on, the strength to continue with whats good for them, im there to secure it, teach you how to neglect that negative energy, Revert your subconscious mind into things that will improve your life not delay it.

My teaching methodology is; Everyones different ive trained many people never been paid for it, but friends and family have no real qualifications but I know the body, I know the mind, that's my methodology, I will push your body I will push your mind I will know your limits when you do not, My little nephew has marfan syndrome and is very limited on what he can actually do, ive catered workouts to for him to control his heart rate while working just as hard all through power of the mind.
Ive also myself been really outrageously fit and outrageously unfit so I see both sides of the spectrum theres no judgement all improvement from my side.
But if I unlock the stronger you, youre going to work harder and better then I can push you to breaking point much more because youll have developed a feeling of Confidence and Strength you haven't felt since you were a child.
