About Paulo
I’ve been passionate about painting since I was a child, exploring colors, textures, and different mediums over the years. Through continuous practice, I’ve refined my skills in acrylics, charcoal, palette knife techniques, and landscape painting, always pushing myself to grow as an artist. With a degree in Psychology, I bring a deep understanding of the mind and emotions into my teaching. I combine this knowledge with my artistic experience to create online art therapy and relaxation sessions that are not only fun and creative but also nurturing for your mental well-being. My approach is personalized, supportive, and mindful, helping each student express themselves freely while learning new techniques.
