About Carolina
As a professional artist, I have developed my style through experimentation and experiences that go beyond painting itself. Elements such as fashion, thoughts, and everyday life experiences have deeply influenced the way I create. As artists, we are constantly in a process of self-discovery, and that is the beauty of art: every artwork becomes a reflection of who we are at a specific moment in time.
I strongly believe that each person has a natural inclination toward a particular style, an inner voice that cannot always be expressed through words, but can be revealed through art. Painting then becomes a powerful tool for expression and a way to connect with our inner world.
My purpose as an instructor is to guide students in discovering this form of expression, using art as a tool for self-exploration and emotional healing. Through the creative process, we can channel emotions, life experiences, and different stages of life that are often difficult to express. And many times, it is at the end of a painting that the artwork itself reveals what we were truly trying to communicate.
My legitimacy as an art teacher comes from my experience as a full-time artist, as well as from working with children in art education. Beyond technique, my approach is deeply creative and human: I guide each student not only to improve their artistic skills, but also to understand themselves as artists, so they can develop their own authentic style.
