About Talhah
I am a senior medical student at the University of Oxford, where I completed a First-Class degree in Medical Sciences, with 10 years of teaching experience.
Having overcome significant challenges on my own academic journey, I take great pride in helping students build confidence, realise their potential and access opportunities they may not initially have thought possible.
Throughout my studies, I have been fortunate to receive several academic awards, including recognition for placing within the top 10% of my cohort. These experiences have helped me continually refine how I learn, approach unfamiliar problems and explain difficult concepts clearly to others.
I am friendly, patient and approachable, and I enjoy working with students who are motivated to improve, whether that means strengthening their foundations, building confidence or aiming for the highest grades.
Outside of my studies, I am a keen sportman with a passion for football and boxing!

I specialise in delivering personalised and tailored lessons to meet diverse educational needs, usually beginning by understanding where the student is currently, their goals and what they find challenging.
My aim is to help my students understand the principals behind what they are learning, breaking down difficult concepts into manageable steps. This has contributed to my students building a deeper understanding that they can apply with confidence, supporting consistenly strong grades.
My lessons are typically online and collaborative, using interactive whiteboards. For GCSE and A-level students, I also aim to make the most of our lessons by providing focused work between lessons to consolidate what has been covered.
I also provide medical school admissions support, including Oxford Medicine admissions tuitio.. I have successfully guided numerous students into prestigius medical schools, including Oxford.
My tutoring sessions are flexible in duration to accommodate individual schedules and learning styles!
