As a person who isn’t artistically blessed, I wanted to venture into the creative side of life and take up painting. Rakshita was absolutely fabulous at tailoring her lessons towards my strengths and weaknesses. She understood that I had some qualms about beginning as I have no background in art, so she began teaching me the basics of drawing, sketching and choosing colours and stood by my side supporting me as I did a messy few first art pieces. I can confidently say that I can now paint and draw basic pieces with confidence and can’t wait for my next lesson!!

Rakshita is an incredibly talented artist, and more importantly for this platform, someone with a great understanding of pedagogics in the context of the learning curve of students. Her patient and friendly demeanour of instruction is very beneficial and important due to the fact that overly restrictive and demanding teachers with a grim and extra-strict attitude actually dampen the success of their students by hampering their creativity and boxing them in with a stress-inducing approach. Rakshita is able to maximize the potential of her students with her timely and insightful inputs which serve to instruct and improve rather than dishearten her trainees.
