Hi, I’m Evan! I’m passionate about helping people find balance in our digital world. With so much of our lives spent on phones and screens, I know how hard it can be to disconnect and focus on what really matters. I’ve worked with families, students, and adults to create personalized digital detox plans that fit their unique routines and goals. My approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to your needs — no judgment, just real solutions that work. Whether you want to reduce your own screen time or help your kids develop healthy habits from the start, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
