How do I count the time of instruction?
- I would count every 30 minutes and add it up to the number of hours per session (example: 1 hour 15 minutes counts as 1.5 hours, not 1.25 hours).

Cancellation fee:
- More than 24 hours notice: $0
- Less than 24 hours notice: $10 per hour booked on a session

Late arrival:
The session timing starts with the time booked, and any delay would be counted as part of the session.
