About Iker
I am a PhD student in Machine Learning at the University of Bristol, holding 3 MSc degrees in Mathematical Finance (Warwick), Mathematical Engineering (UPC) and Statistics (UPC), having received scholarships in each one of them.
I have worked as a tutor for +8 years, and I am very confident that I can transmit my love for mathematics, computer science and economics, making each student start to like something they just want to pass. There is no bad student, but there is always better study methods and motivations, so let me be the helping hand you need to achieve excellence!

I combine theoretical lessons that everyone can understand (supported by materials I create from the best books and lecturers) with practical sessions that encourage students to materialise what has been taught. A session usually lasts 1:30h - 2h, so the student can learn everything without being overwhelmed by too much material. This formula has worked for many of my high school and university students, as I tend to make them feel no pressure and take their time when studying with me!
I prefer to work with high school students of any age and university-level students, but I am very keen on teaching younger students to develop an early ability for mathematics and computing!
