I believe in children's grasping power. When we use few principles while teaching... Automati ally children understands the concept. My method of teaching is always posing questiins to the students after the class. First 5 minutes of class is revision of previous class by questions....next 30 minutes of class is about the day topic and again next 5 minutes is to recall the topic which helps the student keep that in permanent memory using pauls method.
