About Sam
I hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics and have two years of experience as a Physics Teaching Assistant, where I guided students through complex topics and supported their academic growth. My background gives me both the technical expertise and the teaching experience to explain challenging concepts clearly and patiently. I am reliable, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping students succeed. My goal is not only to improve grades but also to inspire confidence, strengthen problem-solving skills, and make math and physics feel less intimidating.

A typical session starts by identifying what concepts feel challenging, then working through examples together before moving to independent practice. I emphasize not just finding the right answer, but understanding the “why” behind it.
My lessons are designed for high school and college students in math and physics, from algebra and calculus through AP Physics and college-level mechanics and electromagnetism. What sets me apart is my ability to adapt quickly, keeping lessons engaging and effective for each student.
