About Kelon
Hi! My name is Kelon and I am a Theoretical Physics graduate from UCL. I specialise in teaching mathematics and physics up to A-level with many years of experience as a secondary school Science and Maths tutor and as an academic mentor at university and sixth form.
Ultimately, I'm looking to share my passion for mathematics with you to help you achieve your goals, whether yours are exam-driven or in pursuit of a deeper understanding of mathematics. and physics.

My extensive experience tutoring privately and in schools for over 4 years guarantees a comprehensive knowledge of the national curriculum and all the challenges that are faced by students tackling maths in school. Similarly, adjusting to my student's learning styles is second nature. My aim as a tutor is to empower my students to confidently approach mathematics and their exams, by helping them develop their natural problem-solving abilities, whilst also fostering a love for learning in my subject expertise and any other corner of knowledge they are curious about.
Lessons a typically an hour long:
10 minutes of quizzes and active discussion to explore what we know.
20 minutes of engaging and interactive teaching to learn and fill knowledge gaps.
30 minutes of consolidating knowledge, through question-and-answer conversation, problem-solving questions and exam-style questions.
