About Ronald

I have taught piano for 15 years and I am a certified Suzuki instructor for Piano in books 1 to 4, Violin books 10 to 10 and Viola books 1 to 4. I graduated from the Conservatory of Trujillo and taught as a professor at the Conservatory of Trujillo and the University of Cesar Vallejo of Trujillo. In addition to teaching in the conservatory, in 2010 I founded the Suzuki Music School in Trujillo, Peru. I taught there for 10 years. During 2 of those years, I also taught students from grades 1-12 at the Talents Alternate School in Peru. I have a master's degree and a doctor's degree in education. For the past 4 years, I have given lessons in Palo Alto, CA in violin, piano and violoncello. I continue to perform violin with the Palo Alto Philharmonic orchestra.

About the lesson

I infuse my lessons with a passion for music. I like to inspire my students to not only play their instrument, but to enjoy music and to develop a passion of their own. My classes are fun, motivational and instructive; adjusting to the pace and needs of the student. I am a teacher that is patient and shows care because I believe that any student can learn to play music.

I have taught students as young as 2 years and as old as 65. I enjoy including the history of music in my lessons as well. And I believe that the Suzuki method is genius.

Please sign up for a trial lesson. I hope to meet you soon and help you forward in your musical journey.

I'm grateful to Ronald, who is, for me, the best music teacher. He's a professional at what he does and has a great musical talent, which he shows in every instrument he teaches. With great patience and love, he taught my daughter for four years, and in every class, he always motivated her and taught her to continue achieving her goals in music and other areas of her development. I 100% recommend him for your children.
