About Kai
I am an artist and designer studying at the Pratt Institute and growing within the New York Gallery scene. I have been studying art for over a decade and have been giving private lessons for 5 years. I have received numerous awards and placement within choice exhibitions because of my art and design. Students who I have worked with have gained a better ability to express themselves and control their art, but have also been more favorable and are able to compete better within art institutions.

My teaching method is through hands on activities and through encouraging independent exploration. I want to steer lessons toward what interests the student. I look to be supportive and encouraging, yet also introduce critical theory and iterative processes into lessons.
