Hello, I am Tejaswetha, a Communication and Behavioral Trainer with over 20 years of experience in both corporate and academic sectors. I am the Founder of Win and Ace, an initiative dedicated to helping individuals build strong communication skills, confidence, and professional presence.

Throughout my career, I have trained college students, working professionals, faculty members, and aspiring trainers in areas such as Public Speaking, Interview Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Personality Development, and Train the Trainer programs. My sessions focus on practical transformation rather than theoretical knowledge.

I believe that every individual has the potential to speak confidently and lead with clarity. My role is to guide, structure, and refine that potential through consistent practice, constructive feedback, and real-world application.
