About Olivia
My name's Olivia and I have a degree in BA Hons Theatre Practice Prop Making Course at RCSSD. I graduated with First Class Honours and have been offered several freelancing positions with the portfolio I independently created and curated.
Projects I have worked on include the Birmingham Commonwealth Games Bull (2022), the London Doctor Who Time Fracture immersive experience, the 2021 Kevin the Carrot Aldi Christmas ad, and various west end productions.
I can set you realistic expectations about what the film, theatre, stop-motion and advertising industries are like and how to make yourself notable as a freelancer.

I teach by offering set information about various materials and skills and answering questions about these things and the prop making industry . We can choreograph projects from start to finish to create work for a portfolio.
Lessons can be tailored to the project and the amount of tutorage needed. A session may be 30 minutes to an hour long but time sensitive advice can be offered in between these sessions.
I have been trained in and often use many prop making skills. I have experience aiding and teaching students on the RCSSD props course. I've also designed creative projects for younger children
My lessons are for anyone trying to build up a portfolio of industry standard work that is crucial for places on uni courses and in the props industry. My lessons can be for students any age, but are most useful for 14 - 20 year olds.
Learning about practical skills is made far easier when a knowledgeable technician is to hand, I had one, and now I have that academic and industry knowledge, I can help others.
