About Clara

I am a psychotherapist. I practice brief therapy and clinical hypnosis (it focuses on building solutions for current problems or situations in the fewest possible sessions). You can work on stress and anxiety management, self-esteem, improvement in personal relationships, phobias, addictions, eating disorders, depression, exam preparation, among others.

About the lesson

Most sessions are held outdoors, in nature. They have a duration of 50 minutes, and are individual. Various relaxation techniques are used, as well as simple tasks to improve your skills. For young people and adults.

Sessions can also be online.
