About Michelle

Like most people, I have personal experience of Overthinking and understand the impact it can have on concentration levels, sleep and all-round wellbeing.

Although I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I do not believe learning basic techniques should be limited to therapy - techniques can be taught to anyone and can be useful for everyone!

I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals to see when their Overthinking can be helpful and should be acted on vs when our thoughts are unhelpful.

About the lesson

My sessions are aimed at adults aged 18 years or over who think they may be stuck in cycles of Overthinking. The sessions will look at specific examples of your Overthinking to help you understand what keeps it going and what can help reduce it.

I offer an initial session of 45 minutes to talk through what you are looking for and if this approach could help.

I then offer up to 5 sessions, each session being 60 minutes long. Sessions are available on a weekly basis at evenings or weekends.

Please note that this is not therapy. It is tailored coaching using current research to help you to improve your understanding of Overthinking and understand how to make practical changes to manage it.
