Qualified physics graduate teaching physics and mathematics to all levels up to University students, lessons are held remotely.

I met Eva whilst she was a final year physics student at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. At the time I was preparing for my GPhC exam in order to qualify as a Pharmacist. Eva offered to help me with the first part of the exam, which was pharmaceutical calculations, as it wasn't my strongest area.
She helped me cultivate critical thinking when approaching problems that require not only prior knowledge of arithmetics but also an application of other concepts to individual clinical scenarios.
She managed to help me prepare for my exam and perform well by going over the theory first and then providing me with suitable material for practice. She then assessed my understanding and my performance and identified my strengths and my weaknesses. Finally, she focused on addressing my learning needs by developing a learning plan. She created the plan according to my own way of learning, which I found helpful and impressive. Eva is quite adaptive as a tutor, which is a rare skill that allows her to be a great guide through difficult subjects such as maths. She knows how to approach a learner as an individual and help them understand concepts in their own way. Eva is also a very well versed critical thinker, with talent when it comes to transferring knowledge and guiding someone through a problem. I would definitely recommend her as a maths tutor!
