Hi there! My name is Fair. I come from China and have been studying in the U.S. since high school. As a civil engineering major and a new graduate of Cornell University, I have developed strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of technical subjects. I am very approachable, patient, and passionate about helping students succeed. For my past tutor session, I spent the first 20-30 minutes teaching the new concept with students, and the rest of the time going over problems they did wrong (if the students were okay with me assigning HW) in their homework or working together with students to solve practice problems that are related to the new concept.
I mostly tutored high school students and I enjoyed every session.
