About Janindu
I am currently a second-year medical student who works part-time as a tutor for the PHSI191 and CHEM191 courses. I've always had a passion for tutoring, whether it be helping my friends out in school, or working in a paid tutoring job. I am someone who highly values education - seeing people go from not understanding concepts to being experts always brings a smile to my face.

Hi everyone, I am currently a medical student at the University of Otago and am looking for students to help tutor over the summer break. I have experience in tutoring: - Academic tutor at the University of Otago (PHSI191, CHEM191) - Tutoring high school students for scholarship subjects - Tutor for national informatics Olympiad I have NCEA scholarships in: Physics, Calculus, Chemistry, Statistics, Biology, and English. My approach to tutoring is based around answering exam questions. Deadly! Janindu is an excellent tutor - I recommend him highly. He explains things in a way that is easy for me to understand straight away. He has a thorough understanding of his subject areas and of the NCEA standards and assessments, as well as university content and courses. Janindu is also very supportive, patient and kind.
